Birch EMS Trusscut Saw

Designed to make the cutting of timber for use in truss building, the EMS sets the standard. This saw is the perfect addition to any medium or high volume truss building operation where a fast, accurate and efficient method of cutting the timber components is essential.

Simple to operate, efficient in operation and reducing waste, the EMS saw utilises file transfer by network or USB flash drive or input directly onto the touchscreen. The EMS saw can be used by operators with little or no experience in using computers.

Timber is loaded by a single operator onto the powered bed and is automatically positioned perfectly, travelling 6m in just 8 seconds.

The proven 3 axis CNC saw cuts the timber as the guard is brought down into place to create the truss parts, exactly the same, time after time, and the operator unloads the finished pieces.

All the clamp shafts, clamp guide rods and pneumatic cylinder rods are made of stainless steel and the guide bushes are Teflon lined. This eliminates any lubrication or rust problems and renders them maintenance free.

The dust extraction outlets makes connecting up the EMS Trusscut saw to your existing extraction system for a more healthy, comfortable & tidy workplace.
